Tax Information

To work in Australia, you must have a Tax File Number (TFN). Australian Nursing Agency (ANA) can supply you with a TFN Application Form. Taxes will be deducted from your weekly wage at the approved scale. Refer to the Australian Taxation Office for up-to-date information.


You can choose the superannuation fund or retirement savings account to which ANA will make future superannuation guarantee contributions. All ANA members will receive the Superannuation Standard Choice form. Under the choice, an employee has the ability to have their Superannuation Guarantee Contribution (SGC) paid into the complying super fund of their choice. You can find further information on your superannuation payments on the Australian Taxation Office website.
